Colin Cowherd is very outspoken and took his chance to jump on the “I hate Chad Johnson bandwagon”.  Colin has never been a ochocinco fan and has told anyone who would listen. Cowherd took to the airwaves to slam Johnson over his recent arrest and financial problems. The ESPN host even boasted about refusing to work with Johnson on Sports Nation.[espn]

Spike lee joined ESPN First Take to discuss the Knicks’ playoff loss and how he’s recovering. The long time Knicks’ fan was so depressed he called friend Denzel Washington for comfort. Spike was in such a slump he chose not to attend  the President Obama commencement speech at his alma mater Morehouse College. [via. espn]

A Broward County judge was not in the mood to hear Chad Johnson’s excuses. After turning himself in, Johnson appeared in front of the judge for a probation violation. The judge pressed Johnson about why he failed to complete the required domestic violence classes. Both Chad and his attorney did not give clear answers why the classes were not finished and the judge wasn’t happy. Obviously the Judge was not impressed by ochocinco and gave him an earful.[via.tmz]

Nick D’Annibale favorite MLB player is Yankees’ second baseman Robinson Cano.  Nick and his family were at the MLB Fan Cave in New York when he received a surprise visit by Cano. Nick got the chance by a life time when he pitched wiffle balls to Robinson in a street style baseball game. Robinson also took the chance to eat ice-cream hang out with Nick.  [via. thebiglead]

Adrien Broner can’t get enough of himself on YouTube.  Whether he is promoting his show “About Billions” or posting 3 on 3 pick up games to twitter he is defiantly into self promotion. While training for his up coming fight against Paulie Malignaggi the champ took time to play Denver Nuggets guard Ty Lawson in 3 on 3.  Broner’s team beat Lawson’s with Adrien scoring the winning basket. As someone who is currently on a NBA roster who just lost in the playoff’s, Lawson should be ashamed of himself loosing 21-14. Ty should refer to the attached video of Kyrie Irving  “Getting Buckets” in a recent pick up game. When asked about it on twitter Lawson gave a lame response. [via.@adrienbroner]

Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel hit batting practice before a recent San Diego Padres game. The Texas A&M QB stepped to the plate and smashed out a home run. Manziel has been on a world tour and is focused on everything except football. With all this non- football attention it will be interesting to see how well the “Aggies” do this season. Tony Parker scored 20 points to lead the San Antonio Spurs over the Memphis Grizzlies 105-83. Grizzlies forward Zach Randolph only scored two to put Memphis behind one game in the Western Conference finals. [espn]

The Golden State Warriors had a strong playoff run but eventually lost to the San Antonio Spurs.  Warriors coach Mark Jackson was a master motivator for his team and ESPN has collected some of Jackson’s best sound bites.

Stephen A. Smith co-host of ESPN’s First Take is taking the Knicks’ loss to heart. Smith tweeted: “I’m DEPRESSED right now, Ladies and Gentlemen. Not going to lie. Can’t sleep. Won’t eat. Don’t wanna work! But I’ll be on FIRST TAKE in AM.” Stephen A. followed up with a second tweed asking to be left alone. Although, I’m sure the ESPN personality is joking and is not really depressed, “Quite Frankly” the Knicks’ loosing shouldn’t have been a surprise. Carmelo Anthony addresses the media following the Knicks’ Game 6 loss. The Knicks’ were eliminated from the eastern conference semifinals by the Indiana Pacers in a 4-2 series. Chad Johnson’s chances to get back into the NFL are just about over. Johnson was involved in a domestic incident last September with his former wife Evelyn Lozada which landed him on probation. ESPN is reporting that a arrest warrant has been issued for Johnson for failing to report to his probation officer. According to Johnson’s twitter he may be in Pasadena, CA.
